Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL/Python skills, data visualization with Tableau or Power BI, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of analytics experience with SQL, Python, MS Excel (advanced).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong ability to extract, clean, and interpret complex data with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify data needs and priorities.
• Identify and access datasets relevant to stakeholders and priorities.
• Provide strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and utilization.
• Mine, clean, and organize datasets from diverse sources (NGEMR, surveys, etc.).
• Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and scorecards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
