Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant data analytics experience preferred; strong academic exposure may be considered.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Understanding of basic medical terms and jargon would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with data teams for data integration and management, ensuring data hygiene and accessibility for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Support stakeholders in KPI review and analysis to measure and optimise patient experience and care quality.
• Compile and analyse data to bolster improvement projects and showcase success stories.
• Participate in AI, BI, and RPA projects aimed at enhancing patient experience.
• Develop a knowledge management system to document Service Ops discussions and keep it updated for stakeholders.
