GMP Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst for Service Operations (Healthcare) to identify datasets, ensure data quality, and build dashboards that drive insights for patient experience and care quality. You will support KPI review, analyse data for improvement projects, and contribute to AI, BI, and RPA initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong data management skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant data analytics experience preferred; strong academic exposure may be considered.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Understanding of basic medical terms and jargon would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with data teams for data integration and management, ensuring data hygiene and accessibility for analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
