Job summary

PCS SECURITY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a SOC Engineer in Singapore to troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain SOC systems, with hands-on SIEM expertise and case management experience. The candidate should be able to train analysts on usage and functionality, have a minimum of 2 years in SOC, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of SOC experience with hands-on SIEMs and case management tools.
• Familiar with SOC SOP and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain SOC systems.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Configure and fine-tune systems to meet security needs.
• Oversee design, implementation and management of new systems.
• Conduct training for analysts on system usage and functionality.
