Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a CyberSecurity Consultant to lead the deployment and operation of SIEM/SOC solutions, with additional emphasis on PAM/EDR.

You will install and configure stacks from IBM Security, Elastic, Trend Micro, and Delinea, while generating documentation and participating in client demos. The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security solutions.
• 3+ years of implementation and consulting in SIEM/SOC.
• 2+ years in Endpoint/EDR domains.
• Experience with enterprise-level PAM, EDR and SIEM platforms.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCSK preferred.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security standards and compliance (ISO 9000, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR).
• Microsoft and Linux platform administration experience.
• Ability to learn new cybersecurity technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate cyber security solutions with a focus on SIEM/SOC; PAM/EDR experience a plus.
• Install and configure security stacks from IBM, Elastic, Trend Micro, Delinea.
• Produce quality documentation: requirements, design, implementation, use cases, playbooks, operations.
• Deliver demos and PoCs to customers; conduct consultative scoping with clients.
• Provide presales and architectural support including SOWs and effort estimates.
• Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of security solutions.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell, APIs, and command lines for integration (nice-to-have).
• Lead client meetings to map business processes to technical requirements; gather needs.
• Collaborate with vendor engineering and support to resolve issues.
