Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to drive SIEM/SOC projects and presales efforts. You will implement security stacks from IBM QRadar, Elastic, and Trend Micro, create design documents, and deliver compelling demos and PoCs.

The role requires 5+ years in cyber security, strong communication, and the ability to work across on-site engagements and remote support. A background in PAM/EDR and certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security solutions.
• 3+ years in SIEM/SOC consulting/implementation.
• 2+ years in Endpoint/EDR consulting/implementation.
• Experience with enterprise PAM, EDR and SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate cyber security solutions focusing on SIEM/SOC.
• Install and configure cyber security stacks from IBM Security, Elastic, Trend Micro, and Delinea.
• Generate quality project documentation (requirements, design, implementation, use cases, playbooks).
• Deliver solution demos and proofs of concepts to customers.
• Provide presales and architectural support including scope of work and SOIs.
• Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of security solutions.
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
