Government Technology Agency is seeking a Product Manager to drive user engagement and stakeholder management for cybersecurity solutions. You will shape product strategy, translate security requirements into features, and lead sprint ceremonies with cross-functional teams to deliver iteratively.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmap planning, security posture assessment, and collaboration with development teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

3–5 years of product management experience with demonstrated roadmaps and strategy.
Background in or exposure to cybersecurity solutions preferred.
Experience delivering end-to-end product delivery in enterprise software.
Proven agile experience and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into features.

Responsibilities

Partner with lead Product/Programme Manager to develop and execute product strategy and vision.
Own and drive specific product features or components of the cybersecurity solution.
Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned with strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
Build business cases for new features and improvements.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned features.
Drive user research initiatives to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with UX and development teams to design secure solutions.
Lead regular product reviews and feedback sessions with users and stakeholders.
Transform user insights into actionable product requirements.
Lead sprint ceremonies and manage backlog with velocity.
Remove blockers with engineering leads and optimise velocity.
Ensure product requirements and acceptance criteria are clear.
