Job summary

GovTech's Cybersecurity Group invites a senior leader to shape and drive Whole-of-Government cybersecurity strategies, plans and initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team, develop talent, and foster excellence, collaboration and innovation across government ICT assets.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, policy development, funding the cybersecurity program, and coordinating with government and industry partners to strengthen cybersecurity outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performance teams in cyber/ICT programs.
• Strong ability to develop strategic plans and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends and policies for government use.
• Civil service experience is preferred (Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Lead WoG cybersecurity plans, policies and governance initiatives.
• Drive strategic resource planning and funding for cybersecurity capabilities.
• Oversee performance measurement frameworks and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across government, industry and international partners.
• Support senior leadership with strategic policy papers and briefings.
