Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Lead to drive detection and response strategy across the organisation in Singapore. You will oversee a dedicated SOC to protect technology assets and coordinate with governance and risk teams.

You will manage a highly skilled team, foster talent development, and push automation and threat intelligence to strengthen the security posture against evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, SANS certifications or equivalent.
• 15+ years IT/security experience; 10+ years leading security operations/SOC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategy for cybersecurity detection and response operations.
• Develop long term strategies and roadmap to mature security operations and protect assets.
• Build and maintain the Singapore SOC and service catalogue; drive efficiency.
• Manage a team of security analysts, incident managers, responders and threat intel specialists.
• Drive automation using AI and other technologies.
• Lead detection, management and reporting of cybersecurity incidents; support crises with GRM.
• Build threat intel capability and coordinate with other SOCs and partners.
• Enhance vulnerability management, SOC stack, 24x7 operations and response capabilities.
• Provide updates on defence posture to management.
