The Role

In this role, you will advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions. This position provides exposure to cutting-edge deals and the opportunity to collaborate with leading professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the Group’s Operating Assets in Asia Pacific and M&A transactions (Associate level).
• Provide project management and execution support on complex transactions and prepare presentation materials to communicate key information.
• Work in collaborative teams analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel; liaise with client executives, lawyers and financial professionals as required.
• Assist in preparing investor presentation packages and developing financial models to ascertain valuation of target companies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members; participate in deal execution and project management; contribute to pitches and engagements.
• Assist in pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence and support deal execution activities.
• Work on cross-border transactions and complex private equity investments.
