Responsabilités

• Support quotes, orders, RMAs, and warranty claims; follow up on open transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery holds and expedite parts.
• Assist with billing and invoice reconciliation across TPM/FPM/TKM/Spares/Services.
• Help resolve invoice disputes and support AR follow-ups and delivery coordination.
• Provide proactive updates on high-value orders and monitor overdue or obsolete parts.
