is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for SEA & JP to lead CPFR with distributor partners across South-East Asia and Japan, establishing reliable data flows and performance metrics to ensure demand visibility, product availability and supply reliability. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service & Logistics, and commercial teams to drive planning rhythms, forecast quality, inventory health and timely actions on risks

Qualifications

3–5 years in demand or supply planning, or related roles.
Experience with distributor-led markets and CPFR or planning across geographies.
CPFR, S&OP/IBP, forecasting and inventory management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without authority.
Experience in FMCG or multi-SKU environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Own CPFR governance for assigned distributor markets and cluster.
Establish cadence, roles, inputs and escalation paths.
Lead joint planning reviews with distributor teams and ensure inputs, decisions and actions are clear and timely.
Develop dashboards covering forecast accuracy, service levels, stock and inventory health.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service & Logistics and Commercial teams.
