Job summary

The role focuses on demand visibility, product availability and inventory health by aligning distributor plans with General Mills’ supply chain processes. Collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Logistics is essential, with a strong emphasis on governance, analytics and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s/APICS/IBF certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, or end-to-end supply chain.
• Experience working with distributors in CPFR or planning across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; proficiency in Excel and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own CPFR process and operating model for distributor markets & cluster.
• Establish clear ways of working, cadence, roles, inputs, outputs and escalation paths.
• Build trusted relationships with distributor supply chain, commercial, customer service and logistics teams.
• Lead regular joint planning reviews and ensure inputs, decisions and actions are clear and timely.
• Monitor distributor forecast, inventory, and performance; drive improvements and risk mitigation.
• Define replenishment parameters with distributors and internal planning teams.
• Provide inputs to S&OP forums and other business decision forums.
• Develop IMS 12-month rolling outlook with identified risks and actions.
