Job summary

General Mills Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for SEA & JP to lead CPFR governance and connect distributor plans with internal demand and supply processes.

You will partner with Demand, Supply, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and COE teams to maintain an aligned, 12-month IMS outlook and high-quality distributor plans. English fluency and strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree or APICS/IBF certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or end-to-end supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPFR governance and own the CPFR process for SEA & JP markets.
• Establish operating rhythm, planning routines and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with distributor supply chain, commercial, customer service and logistics teams.
• Manage 12-month IMS outlook with distributors and actions.
• Drive data quality, dashboards and KPI tracking for forecast accuracy and service levels.
