Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for SEA & JP to lead CPFR with distributor partners across South-East Asia and Japan. You will drive data quality, forecast accuracy, and inventory health by aligning distributor plans with General Mills processes and KPIs.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and COE teams to establish a steady rhythm for planning reviews and action on risks and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• Master’s degree or APICS/IBF certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the CPFR process and operating model for assigned distributor markets and cluster
• Establish meeting cadence, roles, inputs/outputs, escalation paths
• Lead regular joint planning reviews with distributor teams and ensure timely actions
• Define dashboards covering forecast accuracy, inventory health and service levels
• Collaborate with internal planning teams to align distributor plans with commercial initiatives
• Influence stakeholders across a matrix of distributors and General Mills teams
