Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, customer-centric deposit solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and sound risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in transaction banking, cash management, corporate deposits, product management or related functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate deposit products, balance sheet management, and pricing principles.
• Knowledge of Singapore banking regulations relating to deposit products is a plus.
• Experience delivering product development, enhancement or transformation projects in banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the corporate deposit portfolio (Current Account and Time Deposit).
• Monitor deposit spreads, funding costs, balance trends and profitability to optimize portfolio.
• Review pricing, profitability and portfolio performance to balance growth with funding objectives.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Sales to drive deposit growth.
• Lead initiatives to enhance digital channels and platform improvements for deposits.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive process improvements, automation and risk controls.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting corporate deposit products.
