Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies to grow deposit portfolio (savings, current, and time deposits).
• Enhance deposit products for competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to track trends and identify innovation opportunities.
• Propose pricing, rate structures, and campaigns to support acquisition and retention.
• Monitor portfolio performance including balance growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, branches, and relationship managers for campaigns and cross-sell.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports and analyses on deposit performance, market surveys, and post-campaign results.
• Assist in annual business planning and strategy formulation.
