OCBC Bank is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Deposits to shape the product strategy and lifecycle across branch and digital channels. You will own portfolio performance, drive development from concept to launch, and ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, customer-centric product design, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver competitive deposits solutions across ASEAN markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the deposits product strategy aligned with the bank’s overall strategy for both branch and digital channels.
• Manage a portfolio of deposits products across categories: transactional accounts & time deposits.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive product rationalisation and lifecycle management, including enhancements, repricing or product exits.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and coordinate approvals across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Finance.
