Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior Vice President, Deposits Product Management to define strategic direction and drive growth of the deposits portfolio across Affluent and Pricing Deposits. You will own pricing, portfolio profitability, and end-to-end customer experiences across all channels.

You will lead product strategy, pricing optimization, and governance while collaborating with Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Risk, and Operations to deliver sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of banking experience with deposits product management and related areas.
• Proven track record in managing large deposits portfolios.
• Strong understanding of pricing, balance sheet management, and product economics.
• Experience leading strategic product initiatives and digital transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leadership.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the deposits product strategy to drive growth, acquisition, market share and profitability.
• Lead the strategic management of Affluent and Pricing Deposit products and roadmap execution.
• Drive end-to-end customer journey enhancements across onboarding and servicing.
• Partner with Digital Banking and Technology teams to accelerate digital adoption and improve experience.
• Champion customer-centric design and innovation to improve acquisition and retention.
• Governance, risk, regulatory management for the deposits portfolio.
• Lead strategic initiatives and large-scale transformations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to product teams.
