Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans that support organisational objectives.
• Establish and maintain communication policies, guidelines, and processes to strengthen corporate branding, identity, and alignment across the organisation.
• Develop innovative communication campaigns and content to enhance awareness of key corporate initiatives, including community engagement, sustainability efforts, business transformation programmes, and other strategic priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage media relations activities, including media outreach and engagement when required.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of crisis communication and management frameworks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop impactful presentations, communication materials, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of intranet content to ensure information remains relevant, accurate, and engaging.
• Undertake additional communication-related duties and projects as assigned.
