Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a professional to formulate contingency plans and lead training to maintain high readiness during peacetime crises and emergencies. You will coordinate with WoG ministries, assess implications, and manage smooth execution of contingency measures across SFA operations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, independence under pressure, and the ability to present findings clearly in English to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop, and implement scenario-specific contingency plans.
• Plan, design and execute training plans to maintain readiness.
• Assess implications with WoG ministries and plan smooth execution.
• Report to Deputy Director (Contingency Management & Emergency Preparedness) of SFA.
• Coordinate responses during peacetime crises across SFA and WoG.
• Maintain situation awareness and identify threats.
• Provide timely impact assessments for incidents.
