• Build comprehensive audience-focused content pillars, customer journey maps, and editorial calendars aligned with business objectives and growth goals
• Analyze site and channel performance, SEO/SEM metrics, competitor content gaps, and consumer behaviour patterns to generate insights for content direction
• Track content ROI and traffic metrics with data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
• Refresh and elevate older content to meet high standards for quality, SEO, and audience expectations
• Maintain an organized calendar of deadlines and content launches to keep publishing schedules on time
• Lead strategic development and launch of new content channels with consistent and creative execution
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications to ensure cohesive, on-brand content aligned with campaigns
• Stay ahead of content trends and platform shifts to evolve and future-proof strategy
