Job summary

BRILLIANT BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex building projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of construction processes,

Qualifications

• Certificate in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that project goals are met
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as necessary to meet project goals
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards
• Communicate regularly with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project status and address issues as they arise
• Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed on construction sites
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction techniques and materials
• Perform other related duties as assigned
