Job summary

The role requires a degree in construction or civil engineering, 3+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and BIM proficiency to drive results across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards (India).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools and other relevant software applications.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
