Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Construction Procurement Sourcing Engineer in Singapore. You will drive project-level procurement for construction, lead tenders for general contracts and sub-contracts, and manage change orders.

You will coordinate across sourcing professionals to support construction projects and act as the procurement owner in performance phase. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in construction procurement/estimating, PMP preferred, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in estimating, project engineering, procurement in construction.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tenders for General Contracts with stakeholders.
• Lead tenders for sub-contracts and evaluate change orders.
• Escalate commercial negotiations to category partners as needed.
• Ensure General Contractor accountability and performance.
• Publish timely cost, schedule, and performance reports.
• Attend project level meetings and report major changes.
• Act as the single point of contact for project commercial items.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
