Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Commercial: participate in tenders, lead sub-contract tenders, evaluate change orders, negotiate pricing, ensure GC accountability.
• Program management: publish cost/schedule/performance reports, participate in project meetings, be single point of contact for commercial items, leverage AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and compliance with standards.
