Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd. is seeking a VP, Compliance Strategy & Governance to lead governance programs within Group Compliance. The role partners with stakeholders to strengthen the compliance operating model, manage risks, and drive division-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft governance papers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures with version control and stakeholder input.
• Support BRCM activities including KRCSA oversight, control documentation, issue/action tracking, and risk reporting.
• Assist with Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity planning, including coordination and reporting.
