Job summary

Sanofi Aventis Singapore Pte. Ltd invites a communications intern to help ideate and create campaigns, write and edit content for newsletters, intranet, LinkedIn and press releases, and help organise events such as Town Halls and ERG activities across the region.

You will gain exposure to Public Affairs, stakeholder coordination, and brand management while supporting offices in nearby countries. The role suits a Bachelor’s student with strong written English, a proactive mindset, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s candidate in communications, business, political science, social science or related field.
• Strong written English and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative mindset with willingness to learn and manage projects.
• Organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate in a team.
• Flexible, adaptable to change and able to work across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Ideation & Creation: participate in conceptualization of internal and external campaigns for employees, public and healthcare professionals.
• Writing & Editing: write and edit newsletters, intranet articles, LinkedIn content and press releases.
• Organization & Coordination: support Town Halls, disease awareness days, ERG activities and other events.
• Other Communications: provide regional support across offices in Malaysia, Thailand and beyond.
