Primarily to assist consultants in research, content creation, media monitoring, and event coordination; strengthen client programmes and marketing materials while gaining exposure to cross-border communications in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English with a flair for writing.
• Proficiency in Mandarin both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist consultants with research for topical presentations, proposals and media publicity materials.
• Brainstorm ideas for client-related programmes.
• Scan and monitor news coverage related to clients and competitors and draft synopses for daily clippings reports.
• Evaluate reports on clients’ media publicity programmes based on advertising cost-equivalents.
• Draft news releases, factsheets, speeches and other communications materials.
• Coordinate events (briefings/AGMs), including sourcing quotes and supporting marketing collateral production.
• Manage media and guest RSVPs for clients’ events.
• Assist with any other duties as directed by the Director.
