Job summary

Thales in Singapore invites an intern to join the Communications team, supporting content creation, events, and digital media across multiple channels. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in writing, video editing, design, and intranet management, and contribute to employer branding initiatives within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Enthusiastic and proactive with a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams and groups.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office portfolio, and comfortable with Photoshop or any other video-editing software.
• Experience with creative design and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content generation and design work of short-form articles like internal articles, social media posts, video descriptions, posters and more
• Pre-event and on-ground support at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and internal events
• Creation of simple video and digital content, including filming and editing
• Liaison with Communications and HR on employer branding-related projects
• Maintain and enhance current Thales intranet site
• Administrative support and inventory management
