Job summary

PacificLight Power Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Communications Assistant to support media monitoring, content curation for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and assist in events coordination.

You will help prepare corporate materials, draft speeches and scripts, update boiler plates and profiles, and contribute to cohesive external communications across digital platforms in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication with ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
• Highly organised and detail oriented with accuracy.
• Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily media monitoring using Meltwater or similar tools, tracking PacificLight coverage regionally.
• Assist in planning, management and content curation for corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Develop visuals such as images and infographics for social content.
• Support the preparation of corporate communications materials including speeches and scripts.
• Coordinate and execute company events.
• Maintain and update corporate information across digital platforms and boiler plates.
