Job summary

Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to join the Planning & Policy Division to drive ACE's strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and outreach initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening awareness of ACE’s work and translating complex healthcare policy into accessible messages for diverse audiences.

You will develop communications plans, messaging and content, coordinate publicity with MOH, manage digital content and plan events,

Qualifications

2+ years in strategic/corporate communications
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience in digital communications and social media planning
Good judgement and stakeholder relationship handling
Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams
Interest in healthcare policy; public sector experience advantageous

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated communications plans to strengthen ACE’s awareness and contributions
Create key messages, narratives and materials for diverse audiences and channels
Translate complex healthcare policy information into clear messages for various stakeholders
Plan and manage ACE social media and digital content
Coordinate events and outreach activities with internal teams and external partners
