Job summary

You will design strategy-driven communications, coordinate red-teaming, and build employee advocacy capabilities, leveraging data insights and cross-department collaboration to strengthen NTUC’s messaging and public affairs impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing integrated communication strategies for complex audiences.
• Ability to manage high-stakes narratives and crisis communications.
• Facilitation skills for workshops, red-teaming sessions or advocate training.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise integrated communication strategies aligned with NTUC's priorities.
• Coordinate red-teaming to test narratives and propose counter-messaging.
• Build employee advocacy programmes and community engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs across departments for long-term comms strategies.
• Develop a centre of communications excellence and trend scans.
