This role resides in NTUC’s Social Policy Department, which is responsible for providing advice to the Labour Movement’s leadership and developing advocacy on a broad range of workplace and welfare matters to safeguard workers’ Protection, Placement, Progression, and Privileges.
The Manager / Senior Manager, Social Policy will support the development and implementation of NTUC’s Workplace Health and Safety Programme, while contributing to policy advocacy efforts relating to workers’ welfare, workplace conditions, and wellbeing. The role involves engaging internal and external stakeholders, conducting policy analysis, supporting advocacy initiatives, and coordinating programmes that strengthen NTUC’s representation of workers’ interests.
