Job summary

SoftwareOne in Singapore seeks a Cloud Solutions Architect to drive cloud adoption for customers and partners using AWS and Alibaba Cloud. You will design scalable solutions, contribute to go-to-market initiatives, and enable partners through workshops and demos.

You will work closely with sales, engineering, and partner teams to translate business needs into cloud architectures, deliver high-quality technical documentation, and support RFP/RFI responses.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS (Alibaba Cloud a plus).
Ability to design and communicate cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, and security.
Experience in customer- or partner-facing technical roles is preferred.
Professional communication & presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor on solution positioning and architecture.
Engage with customers and partners to translate business needs into cloud solutions.
Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
Enable ISV and SI partners through workshops, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
Contribute to partner onboarding, solution validation, and cloud adoption strategies.
