Job summary

You will assess client needs and propose suitable insurance and financial products, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CMFAS certificates in General Insurance and Life/Health Insurance are required.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service delivery.
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.
• Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure optimal product performance and suitability.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals for clients based on thorough analysis of their requirements.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure continued alignment with their financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling whilst maintaining client-centric approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
