Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and possess a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key clients, understanding the clients’ business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers and agency partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends and client needs.
• Develop tailored media proposals that align with client’s objectives and industry insights.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, leveraging data-driven insights and case studies.
• Structure competitive pricing, package offerings to maximize value for both clients and SPH Media.
• Own revenue targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare performance reports to leadership.
• Identify potential risks and challenges to proactively develop solutions.
• Develop long-term sales strategies, ensuring a quarter-ahead approach to business growth.
• Work closely with Account Managers on campaign delivery and setting clear client expectations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to optimize campaign performance and enhance client experience.
