• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, PMO, or Program Management.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for business transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and assess readiness, influence, risks, and engagement needs.
• Communications & Engagement: Develop and implement communication strategies that create awareness and promote adoption.
• Organizational Readiness & Training: Assess organizational readiness for upcoming changes. Identify capability gaps and training needs.
• Adoption & Sustainability: Monitor adoption metrics and employee engagement indicators.
• Governance & Program Support: Track risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns related to change initiatives.
