Responsibilities

• Defines project and program objectives for areas of responsibility, and completes preliminary activities (e.g., outcomes, milestones, viability studies, resource planning).
• Ensures projects/programs are completed per requirements, with attention to specifications, costs, resources, and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of project/program/process development and reports information to other functions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with company policies on notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
• Utilizes all material and financial resources effectively.
• Collaborates with staff to maximize productivity for the project/program.
