Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Executive for Singapore to partner with country leadership and drive strategic financial stewardship across the business.

The role focuses on shaping business strategy, accelerating profitable growth, improving governance, and leading a high-performing finance organization to support Asia Pacific markets and enterprise-wide initiatives including digital transformation and potential M&A.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational organizations.
• Experience across FP&A, Controllership, and Corporate Governance.
• US GAAP and SOX experience highly preferred.
• Strong ERP/finance technology knowledge (SAP, OneStream, Tableau, Alteryx, Teradata).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Drive financial performance across revenue growth, profitability, working capital, cash flow, ROIC and ROWC.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range strategic planning.
• Provide commercial insights to support profitable decision-making and growth.
• Identify opportunities to optimize margins through pricing, financing, operations, and programs.
• Advise on strategic investments, expansions, and M&A.
• Collaborate with regional and global functions across Finance, Operations, Digital, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Strategy.
