Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned Finance partner to drive planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will collaborate with regional FP&A teams and senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance, strong Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP), and excellent communication to influence across levels. This is a full-time role in Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance business partnering role.
• Professional certification such as CFA is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP and the ability to navigate complex financial systems effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality results against deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities to support business objectives.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership through data-driven insights.
• Prepare and monitor weekly flash forecasts, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with business unit leaders to improve forecast accuracy and facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and working capital analysis.
• Deliver reporting and performance measurement across key metrics including revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, operating income, CAPEX, and working capital.
• Collaborate with regional FP&A teams to standardize reporting processes, improve data consistency, and enhance financial visibility.
• Contribute to finance transformation and business improvement initiatives through effective project management and system utilization.
