Job summary

Cold Storage Singapore (1983) PTE LTD is seeking an Administrative Support Executive to provide end-to-end operational and administrative support to the Commercial team in Singapore. You will coordinate category action plans, maintain master data, onboard suppliers, and support promotions with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.

You will also handle supplier onboarding, NPD processes, and ensure system updates for costs, prices, and changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-stakeholder coordination skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial buyer to hit sales, profit, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate and execute category action plans for timely implementation.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and NPD documentation.
• Update cost, price, and changes in the system accurately.
• Create and maintain new articles and master data entries.
• Assist with consignment activities and related processes.
• Coordinate promotional materials and approvals for advertisements.
• Support weekly promotion commitments with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with suppliers on admin updates and requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of system maintenance documents and master data updates.
• Proactively flag risks to stakeholders and assist with issue resolution.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support the Commercial buying team.
