Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management in Singapore. You will supervise the warehouse operations, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient handling of goods.

You may lead a team and conduct inductions, with potential rotating shifts. You will oversee deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation, while identifying improvement opportunities in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse operation experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations and cold chain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise general warehouse operations and monitor performance.
• Oversee deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation.
• Lead induction training and team leadership as assigned.
• Coordinate and execute stocktaking and warehouse planning activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance and governance within warehouse operations.
• Adapt technology to improve team operations and use WMS/SAP tools.
