Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics and order-management professional for a full-time permanent role.

You will receive orders, create sales and shop orders, and coordinate with program management to provide quotes to customers. You will also manage inventories at warehouses and customer sites, and negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times. The position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Nitec or Diploma qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Nitec/Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Coordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers.
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement
• Support NPI (FAI) activities
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
