Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a seasoned Strategic Buyer to lead indirect procurement in Singapore within the APAC region. You will drive RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and governance in alignment with the One Roof concept, ensuring cost savings and a sustainable supplier base.

The role requires regional project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of local buyers to deliver procurement strategy and continuous improvement across the GP function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
• Good analytical skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with GP processes and governance.
• Proficiency with SAP, Coupa and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs and issuance of POs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts to mitigate risk.
• Partner with internal customers to implement procurement strategy.
• Drive regional sustainability and compliance across APAC.
• Mentor regional buyers and support change management.
