Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Business Development Manager in Singapore to lead BD and marketing activity for the Singapore office. The role focuses on disputes and transport teams while supporting the broader Singapore practices through a proactive, client-focused approach.

You will implement strategically aligned MBD initiatives, work closely with the Senior BDM and BD Assistant, and collaborate with the global MBD team to achieve regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven background in business development and marketing within a professional services setting.
• Experience in developing and delivering client and market-facing campaigns.
• Strong bid writing, proposal development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver business development and marketing activity across all channels.
• Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets and campaigns for Singapore.
• Coordinate BD activity to meet regional objectives and oversee ROI reporting.
• Act as lead contact and ambassador for the practices with internal teams and clients.
• Build strong relationships with lawyers and partners; collaborate with BD/marketing teams.
• Produce bespoke bids, pitches and client development presentations; manage development plans.
• Work with cross-functional MBD teams and ensure directory submissions are up to date.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to best practice across the team.
