Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional for the paper and packaging sector. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with printers, converters, and brand owners, and promote our product portfolio.

You will lead pre-sales consultations, gather market insights, and collaborate with marketing to support launches and events. A 2–3 year sales background in this industry is preferred, with knowledge of paper grades and printing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in paper & packaging industry
• Strong understanding of paper and board grades (coated, uncoated, folding boxboard)
• Know-how of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, gravure)
• Familiarity with packaging and branding applications
• Existing network within printers, converters, or brand owners is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across printers, converters, packaging companies, and brand owners
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Promote the company’s portfolio of paper and board products to target market segments
• Drive product specifications into brand and packaging projects
• Engage customers to understand their application needs and recommend suitable grades
• Provide technical support on printability, runnability, and conversion performance
• Collaborate with mills and internal teams to align offerings with customer requirements
• Support marketing activities including product launches, presentations, and customer workshops
