APRIL in Singapore invites a seasoned Group Business Controller to partner with senior leadership, guiding financial stewardship and strategic growth. This role drives planning, governance, and capital allocation across manufacturing assets, delivering meaningful performance insights and commercial foresight.

The incumbent leads budgeting, forecasting, and management reviews while coaching tax, treasury, and financial reporting teams.

Qualifications

20+ years of strategic financial management experience in a corporate/MNC with manufacturing asset base.
Proven leadership and managerial capabilities.
Strong business partnering and commercial orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership and technical expertise to support sound business decisions.
Partner with business leaders to enhance operational and financial performance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement across operations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reviews, and performance monitoring.
Evaluate CAPEX investments and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate long-term planning and resource allocation for the business unit.
Strengthen financial governance, systems, and talent development.
Lead and develop finance and business control teams.
Analyze and present financial performance and strategic insights to management.
Develop short- and long-term financial forecasts to support growth objectives.
Provide financial analysis for special projects and strategic investments.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
