Job summary

FWD Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Project Lead to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and drive end-to-end project delivery within Life/Insurance domains.

You will collaborate with business units, tech teams, and vendors to prioritize changes and improve efficiency. The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and proven project delivery, with opportunities to mentor team members and contribute

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
3–5 years of experience in Life and/or General Insurance and/or Business Analysis.
Strong project delivery in previous roles.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and requirements activities with business units, tech teams and vendors.
Define and review end-to-end requirements to ensure business needs are met.
Balance new business demands with cost efficiency while preserving deliverables.
Perform system testing to ensure deliveries meet requirements.
Work with QA to develop test plans and coordinate UAT involvement.
Provide regular updates to project manager and stakeholders, escalate issues as needed.
Identify risks related to requirements or projects and mitigate them with stakeholders.
Share knowledge and mentor team members; lead a QA team for end-to-end delivery.
