Job summary

AMC, licensed by the Singapore Police Force, seeks a skilled BI/Analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions and dashboards. You will build data models, automate ETL, and deliver executive reporting across CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other cloud systems.

You will develop predictive analytics, ML models, and AI-powered BI solutions using Python/R and NLP. Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP and data governance is essential.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• :Proven experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions.
• :Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or equivalent BI platforms.
• :Advanced SQL, DAX, Power Query, data modelling and Excel proficiency.
• :Proficient in Python or R for data science and analytics.
• :Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and AI/ML integration.
• :Familiarity with NLP, Generative AI, and large language models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• :Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions and dashboards.
• :Build data models using Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and SQL.
• :Develop automated ETL to consolidate data from multiple systems.
• :Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and forecasting models.
• :Ensure data cleansing, validation, and governance.
• :Develop predictive analytics and ML models using Python/R.
• :Implement AI-powered BI solutions and NLP features.
• :Design interactive visuals with slicers, drill-through, and advanced DAX.
• :Automate reporting with VBA, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• :Architect scalable reporting with data warehousing and star schemas.
• :Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• :Lead discovery workshops and present proposals and roadmaps.
