Job summary

AMC, a security technology leader in Singapore, seeks a data-driven BI professional to design and maintain enterprise analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense.

You will build scalable data models, implement ETL workflows across CRM/ERP systems, and deliver executive dashboards with KPI scorecards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), Power Pivot, and data modelling.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
• Experience developing AI and ML models (regression, classification, forecasting, recommendations).
• Familiarity with NLP, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/analytics services.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, dimensional modelling, data lakes, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, PivotTables, VBA, and automation tools.
• Experience crafting technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions.
• Strong consultative selling and enterprise solution development capabilities.
• Experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Business Analysis, and Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Design and optimize data models using Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, SQL, and advanced Excel to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Develop automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, HRMS, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and other cloud platforms.
• Build executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, forecasting models, and self-service analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and governance.
• Develop predictive analytics, statistical models, and business forecasting solutions using Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Implement AI-powered business intelligence solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and predictive analytics to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Create interactive visualizations using slicers, drill-through, drill-down, conditional formatting, custom visuals, and advanced DAX calculations.
• Automate repetitive reporting and business processes using VBA, Power Automate, Python scripting, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design scalable reporting architectures following data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and star schema best practices.
• Conduct business process analysis, business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and operational assessments to identify transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution architectures, reporting frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, project managers, and technology teams to develop enterprise analytics and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead business discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution demonstrations, and consulting presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), capability statements, consulting proposals, and business cases.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Business Consulting, Organizational Development, and Enterprise Solutions.
• Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, government tenders, and enterprise procurement opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention, account expansion, and long-term consulting engagements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Business Intelligence.
• Recommend enterprise technology solutions aligned with business strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work with cloud-based analytics platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to support enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.
• Establish data governance standards, security controls, and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and data quality.
• Maintain CRM systems, pipeline reports, project dashboards, and business intelligence reporting.
• Monitor business performance using KPIs, forecasting models, and executive scorecards.
• Support continuous improvement through process automation, analytics maturity assessments, and operational optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
